Our bat walks are a great opportunity to see bats in person and learn about the methods we use to study them. They are relaxed events in which we walk a short distance to a good bat watching spot and then spread out to watch them fly over head. Our experts will circulate around to answer questions and give sonar demonstrations.
If you're planning to attend one of our bat walks, we recommend bringing a few things with you:
Personal insect repellent (where there are bats, there will most definitely be mosquitoes)
A flash light or headlamp
A blanket or chair to sit on

Little Bat Walks (donation-based tickets)
Donation-based bat walks are limited to smaller groups of 25, allowing participants more time to see sonar demonstrations, ask questions, and generally enjoy the evening. These walks allows us to replenish equipment and expand our public event offerings.
Suggested Donation: $20
